Yes — sample approval is Step 2 of our process, not a favour. You approve a physical sample against a written spec before any lot ships.

Independent lab COA, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, packing list, and destination-specific documentation.

No one is — the FDA does not approve food exporters or products, and any exporter claiming "FDA approved" is telling you something about their other claims. US-bound shipments comply with FDA/EPA tolerances and are documented accordingly.

No, and deliberately so. We are a trading firm: we verify suppliers, coordinate independent testing and handle documentation — work a manufacturer marking its own homework structurally cannot do.
